COVERTLY: Benita Murray
22 NOVEMBER – 4 DECEMBER 2019
Benita Murray’s work is about process and the physicality of bringing a concept to life. Letting the medium to control a direction, this encapsulates an element of strength, ambiguity and fragility. Gathering, placing and adhering classical images into a restricted organised manner brings an element of grandeur from the old Masters. Captured attention will unravel a heightened subjective response, when an interrogation of profanity prevails.
Opening night: Friday 22 November, 6–9pm.
