Gallery Manager – Jacqui Burnes
Jacqui has worked across numerous facets of Melbourne’s creative community. Since 2015 she has been Co-Director for Enough Space; a small gallery in Prahran, where the key focus is creating a staple south-side venue for innovative and accessible artistic endeavours. Most recently, she was appointed Curator and Project Manager for the 2018 Craft Cubed Window Walk on behalf of Craft Victoria, having interned with the organisation previously. She has a keen interest in the representation and support of the emerging creative, planning to work alongside the Brunswick Street Gallery team to ensure the creative programs remains diverse, accessible, educational, and ultimately an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for all.
Gallery Assistant – Chloe Caday
Chloe Caday is a practising artist working in sound, painting and installation, with a particular interest in urban and environmental contexts.
Chloe graduated at RMIT University, Melbourne with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2017. Interested in working with the emerging local art community, she has volunteered and interned at various art spaces in Melbourne, including Colour Box Studio, The Food Court ARI, Junior Space and West Space. Since joining the team at Brunswick Street Gallery, Chloe now works alongside the gallery manager, assisting in exhibitions and the general operations of the gallery.
Life drawing & Install technician – STeve cox
A prolific artist, Steve studied at the Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne 1978-1981, gaining his Master of Fine Art (Painting) from Deakin University in 1997.
Since 1982 he has held thirty-two solo exhibitions and has participated in over forty group exhibitions. His work is held in numerous major public and private collections both nationally and internationally.
