Sensory Memory is inspired by Heidi Lai's real-world experiences, what she sees, hears, smells, tastes, and feels.

What may seem ordinary and mundane can resonate with our own experiences and memories. Although these moments may fade away, they will remain preserved here, in Lai's paintings, frozen in time.
